Hello Interstallers! In this article, I want to introduce you to the NFT3 team. This article should help newcomers who have just joined the project and want to find out who is behind all this. So let’s get started!
Dylan Dewdney, CEO of NFT3
Dylan started doing his own startups back in October 2016, the first of them was MobileEyes, they raised capital, but when everything was already working, the market was too small to move on, so the startup was closed in December 2016, but this gave him a lot of experience and acquaintances.
His next sensational and successful project was the Kylin network, where he held the position of Strategic lead. This project is still working, and it deserves respect!
Kylin Network is the native Polkadot Data Blockchain to accelerate the world’s transition to DeData within a Web3.0 context by Building a Cross-chain Platform Powering the Data Economy. It is the Data Infrastructure for DeFi and Web 3.0 Powered by Polkadot.
He is now the CEO of NFT3. The project started working in August 2021, and Dylan has already managed to visit so many different crypto exhibitions and expand this project there. At the moment he is developing MVP NFT3, which should be released in 3–4 months.
Shashwat Eternal, CMO of NFT3
Before Shashwat was introduced to blockchain technology, he wrote books, at the age of 6 he wrote his first poem, and he was so inspired by the pun that it became his main hobby for the next years. During his writing career, he released only one book — “Timothy’s Book of Stories”, and probably now he would have continued to write, if not for the fact that he began to explore the Internet (detailed article), after a while he realized that he can no longer call himself just a writer, or a creator of art, and then he set foot on the path of marketing.
He has already worked in two companies: OroPocket and UniFarm. At OroPocket, he led the marketing team from an early stage, overseeing the launch of the $ORO token and the subsequent creation of their OpenDeFi platform. He also launched an ambassador program as part of the original strategy and expanded the marketing team. And at UniFarm, he led the marketing team from the start and launched $UFARM from the ground up as Head of Growth at parent company OroPocket.
He now supports the NFT3 community on telegram and is a CMO on NFT3.
Ben Lakoff, Chief NFT Advisor
Ben is an expert at NFTs. And when I say that, I mean that not only is his project Charged Particles one of the biggest NFT-related projects in the ecosystem, it is a product at the edge of what NFT tech can make possible (You can read a more detailed article about it here).
Ben is also an old hand at crypto, advising many successful projects such as Kylin Network, Parcel, CoinShift, MatrixSwap and others.
In NFT3 he helps with questions about NFT, looking at his experience with robots, I have no doubt that he really helps the project.
Evin McMullen, Chief DID Tech Advisor
Evin McMullen is a leading researcher and thinker within the intersection of Blockchain and Identity(More detailed article).
She currently works with Consensys as Co-Founder and lead of Serto Identity, making it easier for everyone to use decentralized identities (DIDs) and verifiable credentials (VCs). Evin’s work at Serto builds upon the legacy of decentralized identity research and experimentation within the ConsenSys Mesh, including the UPort, Alpine, Civil and Stow projects.
NFT3 intends to apply the w3c protocol of DIDs via the NFT:DID method, and thus bring an adoptive vehicle to the DID solution for identity. Evin is uniquely positioned with both broad as well as incisive insight into what this will take.
Jesse Liu, Ex-Head of Marketing Advisor
Jesse Liu is one of the most sought-after and experienced people working on decentralised identity today, and not without reason.
With his stellar work as Marketing Lead for Ontology, he:

Jesse is a true veteran of the blockchain space, and with the help of Ontology, he laid the foundation for early decentralized identity work. He knows how to crack mass adoption — and his experience will be invaluable to NFT3 as the team continues to build next generation identity solutions for the entire web(article with him).
Yida Gao, Advisor
Yida Gao is General Partner Shima Capital ex-Morgan Stanley ex-NEA and currently teaches crypto Finance MIT where he recently hosted Vitalik Buterin!
Shima Capital is an early stage VC firm investing in disruptive crypto and Web3 companies. Shima is backed by Dragonfly Capital, Digital Currency Group, Brevan Howard, Bill Ackman and other strategics (e.g. Huobi, ByBit, Celsius, Animoca). Shima works closely with its founders to hire talent, build community, fundraise, and amplify their narratives.
Since such a famous person as Vitalik goes to his lectures, then you should not doubt his knowledge in this area!
Meltem Demirors, Advisor
Meltem Demirors is CSO in CoinShares, Founding member & co-chair, WEF Cryptocurrency Council, also she teaches at MIT and Oxford.
She is also a valuable advisor in NFT3, although thanks to the fact that she teaches at the top universities in the world!
Tekin Salimi, Chief Strategy Advisor
Tekin Salimi is one of the biggest names in the NFT3 team. He was the general partner of Polychain Capital, which is considered a Tier 1 fund. He is also Co-founder & Advisor Blockchain Association.
Now, in addition to being on the NFT3 team, he has launched a new $125kk Crypto Venture Fund called dao5(more details here).
It’s amazing that he became NFT3’s Advisor and he will be one of the most important members of the NFT3 team.
Summarize
As you can see, the team is led by very smart and experienced people. I would especially like to draw attention to the interesting biography of Shashwat, because he has a very beautiful speech, which can greatly help the marketing department of the company. It should also be noted that this is not the first time Dylan has been developing and leading a project, which gives this project a good support.
It should also be mentioned that quite a lot of advisers lecture at MIT and Oxford, they also have vast experience in their areas of crypto activities, and this makes the team more professional.
This is one of the few teams that is diversified, but at the same time highly specialized, which gives it some attractiveness and trust.
